How to play Battle Deck

Battle Deck is a real-time card battle for two players online, or you against a bot when nobody else is around. Elixir fills up over time. Spend it on troops, buildings and spells from your hand of four cards. Troops march down their lane, cross the river at the bridges and attack the enemy towers. Knock down the king tower to win at once. Otherwise the player with more towers down after three minutes wins, and a draw goes to sudden death.

Controls: Click a card (or press 1–4), then click your half of the field to drop it; spells can go anywhere. You can also drag a card onto the field. On a phone: tap a card, then tap the field.

Tips

• Don't spend all your elixir at once. Let a full bar fill while you wait for the right moment.
• Put a tough troop like the Giant or the Knight in front, and archers or the Mage behind it.
• Swarms like the Bone Squad melt under splash damage. Answer them with Arrow Rain, the Drake or the Mage.
• The Giant only attacks buildings. Swarm it with Imps or block it with a Cannon.
• In the last minute elixir comes twice as fast, so plan a big push.
