Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You must give a valid email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts.
• If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service and to pay for Premium.

2. Free and Premium

• Free games are available to every registered player. Premium unlocks the games and features marked “Premium”.
• Premium is a prepaid subscription for the period you buy (for example one month or one year). Unless the payment provider you choose renews automatically and says so at checkout, Premium is not renewed or charged again without your action.
• Prices are shown on the Pricing page in the stated currency, including applicable taxes where required. We may change prices for future purchases; a period you have already paid for is not affected.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card or wallet details.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

3. Fair play

• Do not cheat, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players’ games or the Service.
• Do not harass other players or use offensive display names.
• Game results are decided by our servers. We may remove results or scores obtained unfairly.

4. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other players or the Service at risk. If we close an account without a breach on your part, we will refund the unused part of any Premium period.

5. The Service

We work to keep the Service available, but games run online and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. We may add, change or retire games. The games, artwork and software belong to Mean4 or its licensors.

6. Liability

The Service is provided for entertainment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Changes and contact
