Galaxy Defender
FreeA 3D space rail shooter. Fly your interceptor deep into enemy space through three sectors: blast fighter formations out of the sky, weave through asteroid fields, barrel-roll through enemy fire and bring down a giant mothership at the end of each sector. Grab power-ups for twin and triple lasers, and save your bombs for when the sky fills up.
Controls: WASD or arrows to fly, hold Space or the left mouse button to fire, Shift or right-click to barrel-roll (it dodges fire), B to drop a bomb. On a phone: drag anywhere to fly; hold FIRE, tap ROLL and BOMB.

How to play Galaxy Defender
Galaxy Defender is a 3D space rail shooter. You fly an interceptor through three sectors of enemy space, shooting down fighter formations and kamikaze drones, weaving through asteroid fields and destroying a giant mothership at the end of each sector.
Controls: WASD or arrows to fly, hold Space or the left mouse button to fire, Shift or right-click to barrel-roll (it dodges fire), B to drop a bomb. On a phone: drag anywhere to fly; hold FIRE, tap ROLL and BOMB.
Tips
- Enemy fire is aimed at where you are heading, so change direction often instead of flying in long straight lines.
- A barrel roll makes you briefly immune to shots and drones, though asteroids still hurt. Use it when a burst is about to reach you.
- Gunships always drop a power-up. Collect two laser upgrades to get the triple spread, which clears formations far faster.
- Bombs wipe out everything nearby and clear enemy shots too. Keep one for the mothership, where it also does heavy damage.
